Potential Tropical Cyclone Two is not a depression yet. However, it is expected to be one soon, according to the National Hurricane Center's 5 a.m. ET advisory.
This disturbance is forecast to strengthen to a tropical depression by this morning. By the weekend, it could become a tropical storm or even a hurricane.
If the storm becomes named, it will be Tropical Storm Barry.
Parts of the Louisiana coast have hurricane watches, tropical storm watches and storm surge watches in effect.
