Dr. Sadaqat Ali, a graduate from Dow Medical College, Karachi is a recognized professional in the field of addiction. He has a background of training at "HAZELDEN" and "Vital Smarts", USA. He is the Project Director of WillingWays, Turning Point & DIP (Diabetic Institute of Pakistan).
He visited the United States under the auspices of the "International Visitor Program" of the United States Information Agency (USIA) in 1992 on the invitation of Mr. Nicholas Platt, American ambassador to Pakistan.
